Chocolate Dome Coconut Panna Cotta

5 cm tempered dark chocolate dome filled with coconut panna cotta, and finished with a cookie covered in tempered white chocolate. This is a light classy snack that will satisfy any sweet cravings in the best of ways.
The dark chocolate is first tempered and molded. Then the coconut panna cotta is made to fill chocolate domes. Next molds are chilled to allow panna cotta to set.
In the meantime, the cookie dough is made, rolled, cut to fit, and baked until golden brown. The round cookie is placed on top of the set panna cotta and is covered with tempered white chocolate.
Lastly, the domes are unmolded, decorated as whished, and enjoyed.
