Panna Cotta Strawberry Tart

9.5" Tart with 1 layer of strawberry marmalade gelatin and 1 layer of vanilla panna cotta. This tart is light in sugar, making it the perfect snack to satisfy sweet cravings without exceeding your macros. The softness of the panna cotta and gelatin will melt in your mouth, releasing flavors that will excite your taste buds, while providing the crunch of the tart shell. It comes as flavorful but yet delicate, also making it a great choice to bring to a formal reunion or formal dinner.
First, the dough is made, chilled, rolled, and molded

Second, the tart shell is baked until golden

Third, the strawberry marmalade is made, cooled to room temperature, and made into gelatin.


Once strawberry layer is set, panna cotta can be made to add as a second layer


Panna cotta is allowed to set in the fridge. Lastly it can be decorated using some of the baked tart shell dough, or other ideas that might come to your creative mind.
